One week old

Thursday 31st January

Well I am one week old now and have had a very busy week. I stayed in the Matilda Hospital until Sunday, which was lovely, we were upgraded to the VIP room and all of the nurses were lovely and looked after mummy an me very well.

It was nice to see my new home though and mummy and daddy gave me a tour of the apartment when we got home. It is very cold though as we have no heating, so daddy had to go out and buy a radiator to keep us warm, especially during night time feeds.

Granny and Grandad Fallas have been here all week which was lovely. They have given me lots of nice hugs and cuddles. We have been very busy visiting places with them - we went to Cheng Chau Island and Discovery Bay and we have had 2 lunches out apparently. Unfortunately i missed all this because as soon as i am put in my pram and hit the fresh air i fall asleep!! Truth be told the motion of the lift and taxi usually send me off before i even reach my destination!!

I have also had lots of nice presents to open from family and friends, so thankyou very much. The outfits and cuddly toys are lovely.

Finally i had my baby head wetting tonight. One week old and in the pub already. Lots of people headed out after a busy day at work to see me and i was the most popular girl in the bar - daddy hopes this does not continue as i get older!!

Well that was week one done - lots more adventures to come i am sure and i will keep you all updated as i make my way through my journey of life.
